Day #1 brings you over 25 acts performing over two stages, and also at an exclusive after shed disco. The main stage will see performances from a range of styles as diverse as acoustic, metal, ska, folk, blues and pretty much every other type of genre you can define. From youtube sensations to theatrical stage performance you can’t afford to take your eyes off this stage for fear of missing something amazing!

The other stage this year is called the Sunbird Records stage and has been co-curated with the label themselves. It will feature many of their own artists as well as a few others. Artists from the local area and also one from as far away as Belgium are coming in especially to appear at moofest. The sounds will be eclectic and range from acoustic to electronic and all the spaces in between. Expect to be blown away by the talent on display.

If the bands aren’t enough for you we have a record stall selling a variety of vinyl, and who doesn’t love to flick through some vinyl and look for a hidden gem? We have moofti festival clothing, stock hand picked by ourselves and some essential fashions for the festival weekend alongside our very own moofest t-shirts. Plus for the first time this year Saturday will see a Tug of War competition with the proceeds going to charity. Fancy yourself as a strong man? Why not get a team together and take part or challenge our Tug of War champ to a one on one?

If you like your food we will again be providing a variety of street food to make your mouth water, then of course we have our bar selling drinks to keep you refreshed all day long and plenty of real ale for all the ale lovers.

Want to take a break from the music? Then go and say hello to the animals at Wellybobs, visit the fun fair or take a stroll down the river walk. We will have live art taking place during the day, the RSPB will on hand to educate us all, and a live graffiti artist will be doing his thing while you stand back and watch.

If come the end of the day you’re still ready to carry on partying we have our very exclusive after shed disco (limited ticket only) to see you into the early hours of the morning with a variety of DJ’s playing a vast scope of different sounds and delights to keep the festival vibe going into the early hours.
